Terms & conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Gallery 3000 Limited (The Company) and you, the customer. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scottish law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
Customer Orders
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been despatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).
Pricing
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of the imposition of any taxes or duties, (not applicable to UK delivery addresses), or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY TO THE UK IS FREE OF CHARGE AS PART OF OUR ONGOING PROMOTION
From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone.
Colour Disclaimer
Due to the manufacturing processes of paint products and the nuances of hand-painting, colours and patterns may vary from those depicted.
Photographs may also appear differently depending upon the digital medium they are being displayed and viewed from. This is due to variations in display technology, such as screen resolution, colour profiles, and viewing angle, which can affect how colours, contrast and brightness are rendered.
Edge Sculpture reserve the right to change the specification and colouration of any sculpture at any time, without prior notice.

Delivery is Free of Charge to any UK address.
We use DHL, who provide an excellent tracked delivery service, with orders easily tracked on the DHL App. You will be able to take control of your delivery and have it delivered at your convenience.
Delivery by courier is to your front door. For your protection, we do not offer a Safe Place option due to the high value of the product. Please use the DHL App to rearrange your delivery to a suitable day, alternative address, or arrange a pick up.
Delivery times are approximate, please refer to the product description for timescales.
IMPORTANT – ON RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
PLEASE OPEN AND CHECK YOUR PARCEL WITHIN 24 HOUR OF RECEIVING IT, EVEN IF IT IS A GIFT FOR A FUTURE DATE, WE HAVE 24 HOURS INSURANCE WITH THE COURIER, SO PLEASE ADVISE OF ANY UNLIKELY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS.
With regret, No claims can be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc. caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery (see Delivery Times. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to claim insurance with the courier. With regret, no compensation can be offered for items damaged in transit, we will replace the item for you within our terms.
Returns & Refunds
If you don't completely love you new Sculpture, you have 14 days from receipt of your sculpture to request a return, and 14 days from date of informing us to return your order to us. To request a return, simply contact us via email at sales@justsculptures.com or the CONTACT US Page, and we will advise you where to return your product to - please keep all of your packaging and see notes below.
Returns Procedure
- Please email us at sales@justsculptures.com, quoting your order number, and the reason for your return, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund, please await a confirmation email response which will confirm which address/warehouse the return has to be sent to.
- We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours, and as we are closed weekends, all weekend emails will be responded to on Monday - and when we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.
- Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in - with regret, we can't accept a return without its original packaging (this includes both inner and outer box
- Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.
- We process all refunds within 30 days.
WE RECOMMEND YOU USE AN INSURED TRACKED SERVICE - THE SAFE RETURN OF GOODS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - ANY LABELS/WRITING/DAMAGE TO THE EDGE SCULPTURE INNER BOX WILL RENDER IT UNSELLABLE AND THEREFORE NON RETURNABLE

Refund Policy for Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we will replace this for you on return of the faulty product. In the unlikely event that we cannot replace a damaged or faulty product, or if you have placed an order which we are unable to fulfil (see Restrictions), refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:
- PayPal payments: refund directly into your PayPal account within 30 days
- Shopify payments: refund directly onto the card used to pay within 30 days
